ni lak projek mlm raya..
niat dihati mmg lama sgt nk wat tat nie tp asik tertangguh jer
tp kali nih dgn azam penuh membara aku buat gak
walaupon siang tadi dah letih melapis kek..hehehe...
resipi ni aku cilok kat dapoq mekna..
resipi asal dia hendap kt dapoq mak lang
tq2...mmg gebuss jer tat nih..sodap lak tuh..
corak yg entah apa2 tah tu aku nengok kt blog kak Dayang Jack
makasaih akak..idea yg mmg da bom gitu..mmg kreatif la akak nih
nk tiru tp xpandai itu lah ropanyeee....
kita c&p jer lah erkkk resipi from mak lang tuh...


Tat Nenas

Bhn:
226g butter, at room temperature
1 kuning telur
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons cornflour
2 1/2 tablespoons custard powder
1 tablespoon milk powder
2 1/2 cups flour

Topping :
1 egg yolk a few drops of yellow coloring Filling : I used the ready made pineapple jam

Method :
1. Cream butter, egg yolk, vanilla essence and sugar.
2. Add cornflour.
3. Add custard powder.
4. Add milk powder.
5. Finally add enough flour until a soft dough is formed.
6. Place a bit of dough into the cookie press mould. Pipe out the dough about 2 inches length.
7. Place the filling on top and roll. Arrange on the baking tray.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 C for 20 - 25 minutes
